Beef Vindaloo Curry Kit
(serves 4-6) DF, GF (if using soy/gluten alternatives)
A very spicy curry traditionally with a vinegary tomato based gravy. With a slight sweet/sour undertone, this curry, though very spicy is delicious and addictive. This kit also works well with chicken (substitute chicken stock) and vegetables (substitute a veggie stock) If looking for gluten free, you can leave out the soya sauce and Worcestershire or use GF alternatives.

A spicier curry with a rich tomato based gravy and a heavy focus on chili flavor. Aromatic and full of flavour but not as hot as our Vindaloo. This spice kit works well with Beef, Chicken, Lamb and can be gluten free if using a gluten fee stock.

This curry is a more south Indian style. It is a spicier tomato based curry with flavouring of saffron. you can control the spice level by adding more or less chili's.

A tomato based chicken curry made traditionally made with real butter and heavy cream. Our version is slightly spicier (about a medium spice level) and we prefer to use coconut milk instead of heavy cream when making it for our customers. Butter alternatives work as well.

A mild/medium spiced curry with a gravy traditionally made from onion, garlic, spices, yogurt, tomato, cream and ground almonds or cashews. Works well with both Chicken and Lamb.

A deliciously creamy vegan curry made with red lentils, onion, ginger, garlic and savoury spices. Mildly spiced and finished with a bit of coconut milk and mint.

A creamy vegan curry utilizing urad dal and kidney beans giving a chili like texture. This is medium spiced and traditionally is finished with heavy cream. We use coconut milk in ours giving it a velvety feel and subtle sweetness.

Similar to pakora, these have taken over as the most popular appetizer in British curry houses. Our version is a bit spicier and can be shallow fried or cooked in a deep fryer.
