A crispy pastry filled with a savoury filling made from a base of potato, tomato, onion, peas, fenugreek, and other spices. Our samosa is a medium spice and delicious paired with any of our chutney. I have recently changed to packaging them un-fried so that they can be finished in an oven, fryer, or air fryer depending on your preference.
