This kit is the dry ingredient base for our popular chai drink we serve to customers. Traditionally, Chai is a mix of spices, ginger, and black tea, boiled in milk to produce a rich warming drink. Each house would have there own version which would reflect their own taste preference. Here you have the base to add to what you like to create your version.
