Mad House Spice Blend

Originally created by Dawn to use in her Indian spiced salads at the cafe, this blend was soon discovered to work great as a seasoning on pretty much anything that needed just a little more zing. Try mixed with lemon juice as a salad dressing, sprinkle on eggs or hash browns, or as a rub for grilled meats.
